Suicide Prevention Liaison

Job Summary
Suicide Prevention Liaison coordinates and manages the agency’s suicide care pathway, conducts timely follow-up calls with at-risk clients, collaborates with clinical teams and community partners to ensure continuity of care, and provides compassionate crisis intervention via phone and face-to-face. Responsibilities include safety planning, education on risk factors and intervention strategies, data tracking and reporting in the EHR, participation in quality-improvement activities, and supporting program effectiveness across client populations. Requires strong communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Bachelor's degree in a human services field is required (Master's preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required
- Knowledge and skills in suicide risk assessment, crisis intervention, and triage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, clinical judgment, and time management
- Experience using electronic medical records (EHR) systems preferred
- CPR/First Aid and CPI certification required

- Background checks including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screenings required
