Job Summary
Maintain and accurately update customer records in Salesforce, create catering banquet event orders, and fulfill service from contract signing to delivery. Serve as the primary liaison to revenue centers by responding to client inquiries, communicating contract changes to the Sales Manager, and providing on-site event assistance. Manage schedules and distribute sales-related information while ensuring quality across all booked service aspects. This full-time, year-round role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting hourly wage of $17-19 plus gratuities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and team/goal-oriented
- Well organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Displays responsible time management and ability to work in fast paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. for event-related needs
- This full-time, year-round role

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Springer Miller Host PMS platform
- Familiarity with Amadeus or Salesforce-related platform
- Previous experience in sales or administrative positions
