Sugar Team Leader provides leadership for the Sugar & Molasses Handling Department, operates heavy equipment (including pay loaders, forklifts, trains, jockey trucks, and trailers), conducts regular inspections, assists in training and onboarding, and oversees loading/unloading and storage of sugar and molasses, while maintaining a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards and upholding company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience
- Driver’s License Class E
