Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, apply suggestive selling techniques, and process transactions accurately to drive sales and meet store objectives. Maintain merchandise presentations, restock areas, and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Contribute to store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets while following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and daily priorities to foster customer loyalty and a positive store culture. This hourly position requires physical stamina to move throughout the store, lift up to 40 lbs, and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
