Job Summary
Join McKim & Creed as a SUE Technician III, where you will be responsible for managing a Utility Location and Subsurface Utility Engineering field crew. Your day-to-day tasks will include organizing field work, directing crew members, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of collected field data. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Utility Locating and SUE operations, proficiency with SUE equipment, and a valid driver's license. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years progressive experience in Utility Locating and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) field operations
- Proficiency with SUE locating equipment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Cleared criminal background check and negative drug test result
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with ground penetrating radar
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
