Job Summary
Provide direct counseling services to patients with chemical dependency in a one-to-one or group format, including assessments, evaluations, and intakes, serving adults, youth, and families. Requires an AA degree and a Washington State SUD licensure or DOH licensure; CPR/First Aid certification; proficiency with Word/Excel; and a commitment to a client-centered, integrated-care model. Applicants must have no history of alcohol or drug misuse for specified periods (two years prior to employment for new hires; three years prior to the date of employment at Sea Mar). Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred. This role is full-time at the Puyallup Behavioral Health Clinic with Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a federally qualified health center dedicated to serving diverse communities and upholding equal opportunity employment.
