SUD Therapist OP

SUD Therapist position focused on delivering evidence-based addiction treatment with an emphasis on patient-centered care. Responsible for facilitating addiction treatment groups in IOP/OP levels, providing recovery education presentations, conducting assessments and case management, coordinating care with referral sources and family members, and maintaining thorough documentation compliant with state and CARF standards. The role includes direct patient care up to 55% of weekly hours, collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participation in on-call coverage, and employing modalities such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with trauma-informed approaches. Emphasis on teaching and patient education, professional meetings participation, and performing additional duties as assigned.
