SUD Therapist Day IOP

SUD Therapist for Day IOP at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Columbia, MD. Responsible for developing a collaborative treatment alliance with patients, facilitating addiction treatment groups in both IOP and OP levels, delivering addiction/recovery education presentations, engaging in case management and discharge planning, coordinating care with referral sources and other providers, and maintaining timely documentation meeting state and CARF standards. Requires direct patient care up to 55% of weekly hours, proficiency with Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches, and availability for on-call coverage several times per year. Embodies a teaching spirit and participates in professional meetings; duties include on-going treatment team collaboration and other duties as assigned.
