Job Summary
Provides administrative, clinical, and supportive supervision to clinical staff in the Denver Health department; establishes a coaching/mentoring/learning alliance with staff to increase knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes; plans, schedules, coordinates, and assigns work to assure service provision; monitors caseloads; communicates with management; and fosters a positive, compliant, and growth-focused team environment. Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and current licensure (LCSW or LPC); 1-3 years post-master’s direct clinical experience; proficiency in supervision, policy interpretation, program compliance, and leadership activities; strong interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills; and comfort with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Salary range: $79,200 - $118,800 per year; full-time; located at Denver Health Main Campus with on-site work. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- 1-3 years post-master’s direct social work or counseling experience in an organized clinical setting
- LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW or LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC (state licensing board)
