SUD Site Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Intensive Out-patient Program with Housing in Canton, MI, including supervising all staff, facilitating scheduled groups, and managing client admissions and discharges. Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and direction to employees while engaging in a caseload that includes weekly individual therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Ensure all State Licensing and CARF standards are implemented and assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Serve as an emergency on-call responder and facilitate supervision of interns in conjunction with the Clinical Director. This full-time role supports PNLH's mission to increase client well-being and improve mental health through the LIGHT Model of Care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology(or a Human Services related field)
- Full licensure (LMSW, LPC, LP etc.)
- Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder counseling, preferably 5+ years
- CADC, CAADC, or MCBAP Development Plan (support provided to obtain plan if not currently held)
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Training and experience in trauma-informed care
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health disorders
- Familiarity with authorization processes for Michigan's PIHP system
