Job Summary
The Quality Improvement/URA Clinical Supervisor manages the clinical and technical accuracy of clinical records, implements and monitors data collection related to clinical record indicators, and supports the SUD program during audits. The role requires teaching and motivating staff to ensure compliance with clinical record contractual requirements. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in behavioral sciences and at least two years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
Required Qualifications
- A Minimum of a Master’s Degree in the behavioral sciences field
- Minimum of two years as a clinician in a behavioral health field
- DPH/SAPC documentation proficiency
- Valid California driver’s license
- current automobile insurance
- have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company
- have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours

- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
