Job Summary
Marketing and Admissions Professional to lead outreach, referral development, and admissions oversight for a Los Angeles SUD program. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing/outreach strategies to meet admissions goals; cultivating relationships with hospitals, SUD programs, therapists, interventionists, EAPs, and other referral sources; representing the organization at networking events and community outreach; overseeing inquiries, screenings, and admissions to ensure smooth onboarding; collaborating with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Intake Team to ensure quality and compliance; maintaining CRM/tracking for referral contacts, leads, and outcomes; monitoring marketing performance metrics and conversion rates; and ensuring adherence to state and federal compliance standards (DHCS, JCAHO, HIPAA). Qualifications require a minimum of 3 years in marketing and admissions within SUD/behavioral health, a strong referral network, knowledge of SUD modalities and eligibility criteria, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and admissions within a SUD or behavioral health setting
- Demonstrated network of established referral relationships and proven results driving admissions
- Strong understanding of SUD treatment modalities, levels of care, and client eligibility criteria
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, professional, and self-motivated
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance
