Job Summary
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assist patients with crisis management and coping strategies for opioid addiction. Complete bio-psychosocial assessments, develop aftercare and discharge plans, and coordinate all services throughout treatment. Provide direct service hours at regularly scheduled intervals while ensuring accurate clinical records are maintained per Federal and State Regulations. Perform quality assurance file reviews and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other counselors to evaluate patient progress. Requires SUDP or SUDP-T license in Washington, a criminal background check, and drug screen. Salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 an hour. Required Qualifications
