Job Summary
Deliver CBT and SUD counseling to clients via in-person and tele-health, including group and individual sessions, assessments, and case management. Develop comprehensive service plans, maintain documentation in accordance with policy and confidentiality laws, prepare reports for WestCare and external agencies, and coordinate with referral sources. Requires licensure or certification in CADC/LPC/LCSW or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to obtain necessary clearances, and willingness to work in a Chicago, IL office with potential for supervision duties.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience providing alcohol and substance abuse counseling services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; High School diploma required
- Licensure/certification in CADC/LPC/LCSW or related
- Background check and clearances (DCFS CANTS, OIG LEIE)
- Ability to pass drug screening
