Job Summary
Master’s-level SUD group facilitator for Charlie Health, delivering remote, part-time telehealth groups in California SUD programs. Collaborate with therapists, translate psychoeducation into real-world change, and facilitate groups using the Charlie Health curriculum across age cohorts. Expect 3 weeknights (3-9pm MT), onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins, prompt communication, and 24-hour documentation standards. Work-from-home setup with telehealth proficiency (Zoom, Gmail, Slack) and EMR/outcomes software. Roles involve maintaining camera-on engagement, fostering group cohesion, and participating in Therapy Treatment Team and supervision sessions. Requires CA-specific and national certifications (CADC-I/II/III, CATC I-V, SUD-CC, RAS variants, APCC, AMFT/LMFT/LPCC/LCSW licensure in CA), Master’s degree in mental health, and experience with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR) with MI certification a plus. Part-time, 1099 contractor; flexible remote environment with state background checks where applicable. Potentially favorable benefits and AI-assisted documentation support. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple treatment modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
- Ability to facilitate effective, engaging telehealth sessions
- Proficiency with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) as well as EMR and outcomes survey software
- Part time, 1099 contractor role
- Availability to work 3 weeknights between M-TH, total of 9 hours (Groups run 3-9pm MT)
- Strong belief in and advocacy for group-based treatment alongside individual therapy
- Master’s level professionals for SUD groups; CA licensure/certifications listed (CADC, SUD-CC, etc.)
