Job Summary
Master’s-level clinicians to facilitate Substance Use Disorder groups via telehealth in California. Part-time, 1099 contractor role requiring availability 3 weeknights (M-TH), 9 hours total, with California-based licensure/certifications and experience in multiple treatment modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI is a plus). Responsibilities include onboarding within 2 weeks, monthly check-ins with supervision, prompt communication, reviewing curriculum prior to group start, arriving early to facilitate hour-long groups, maintaining group engagement and camera-on culture, adhering to policies, collaborating with therapists and care teams, timely documentation within 24 hours, and upholding professional ethics. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Certification/list of CA-specific and national certifications (CADC-I/II/III; CATC I-V; SUD-CC; RAS/RAS-i/MATS; APCC; ASW; AMFT; LCSW; LPCC; LMFT)
- Availability to work 3 weeknights (M-TH) totaling 9 hours
- Experience with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
- Proficiency with telehealth and cloud-based tools
