Job Summary
Develop individual help plans with clients and provide daily support for those with addiction disorders, including assistance with administrative tasks and livelihood measures. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions while leading a module group, intervening during crises to support relapse prevention. Manage cross-functional tasks such as scheduling coordination and information meetings, while actively recruiting new clients and engaging with local and regional working groups. Requires a Social Worker degree with addiction therapy specialization and knowledge of social law. Full-time position up to 39 hours weekly starting January 2027. Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d) mit sozialtherapeutischer Zusatzausbildung oder einen Master in Suchttherapie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialrecht sowie in der Arbeit mit abhängigkeitserkrankten Menschen
- gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- sichere Arbeit mit den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen und Dokumentationssystemen
- christliche Werteorientierung
- Bereitschaft, die diakonische Ausrichtung unserer Arbeit aktiv zu unterstützen
