Job Summary
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional solutions for a German client. Support topics including employee data, workflows, business rules, and MDF objects while investigating incidents, change requests, and defects. Join workshops with HR teams and stakeholders, collaborate with integration and payroll groups, and prepare documentation as needed. Advise clients on process improvements within the system.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Good understanding of Employee Central configuration and standard processes
- Hands-on knowledge of business rules, workflows, permissions, foundation objects, picklists, and MDF objects
- Ability to investigate issues and explain the solution clearly
- Experience working with HR processes and employee lifecycle topics
- Comfortable working with clients and asking the right questions
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work independently, but also coordinate well with other teams
Desired Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Experience with Time Off, Time Tracking, Payroll, or SAP HCM
- Knowledge of integrations, for example CPI, Boomi, Integration Center, or APIs
- German language skills
- Previous experience in support or AMS environments
