Job Summary
SuccessFactors Consultant preparing and delivering SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations for Accenture clients. The role involves working with senior business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of HCM solutions, delivering advisory services and leading practices in technology-enabled business change, supporting vendor and integrator selections, and growing market share through onshore engagements. The candidate should have 4+ years of SuccessFactors HR consulting experience, implementation experience across the project life cycle, and willingness to travel to client locations (100%). The role is part of Accenture’s SAP HCM/SuccessFactors practice and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with an emphasis on delivering complex, cloud-based HR technology solutions across global client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant SuccessFactors HR consulting or industry experience
- Implementation experience and deep knowledge in Success Factors
- Experience in delivering complex SuccessFactors engagements including all phases of the project life cycle (scoping, planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, go-live) with teams of 5-20 resources
- Experience in SuccessFactors replication, core hybrid, talent hybrid or full cloud deployment
- Architecture design and code methodology of cloud software solutions
- Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors products
- Willingness to travel to client locations (100%)
