Job Summary
Partner with Success leadership to shape and deliver strategies that drive value for customers and internal teams. Gather ground-level intelligence from cross-functional teams to inform prioritization, sequencing, and reporting decisions for the department. Surface cross-team dependencies, risks, and AI-maturity signals with proposed courses of action to support trade-off calls and executive reporting. Contribute to annual planning by synthesizing operational data on adoption and cross-team dynamics into a single, decision-ready operating picture.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations
- ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
- A balance of relationship-building and analytical rigor
- Candidates weighted heavily to one side are not the fit
- A track record of owning consequential decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
- standing up new processes or capabilities where none existed before
- Proven ability to manage a heavy, competing workload with disciplined prioritization

- An exceptional communicator across formats — written, verbal, and executive-facing
- experience using tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and Tableau
