Job Summary
The Success Manager will proactively engage customers to drive optimal adoption of HealthStream products and solutions, maintain ongoing consultative relationships with key stakeholders, solicit and relay customer feedback to internal teams, analyze product utilization and adoption data, and support renewal and expansion activities. The role requires collaboration across sales, product management, onboarding/implementations, customer service, and other teams, development of onboarding plans, creation of customer-facing materials, maintenance of self-service resources, and travel up to 20% to meet customer and company needs. A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a related customer service or sales role are required; SaaS and healthcare experience are preferred. The position offers hybrid and remote work options, competitive compensation ($70,352–$85,000), and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or technical field
- Minimum 3 years in a customer service/sales or related role
- Experience with HealthStream products from an administrator level is a plus
- Experience in a SaaS business desirable
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable
