Job Summary
Apply Both&'s Business Psychology framework to guide clients through digital transformation, integrating change management, coaching, and clinical principles. Diagnose organizational culture and individual change propensity through structured assessment, then manage psychological resistance by identifying root causes and deploying evidence-based interventions. Facilitate client success meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions while owning the client's adoption trajectory, success metrics, and change health throughout each engagement. Act as the pod's internal product manager by owning the User Acceptance Testing process, maintaining a backlog of client-side requirements, and championing UX quality to identify friction points. Design and deliver training content across written, video, and interactive formats, and manage the relationship health with client success teams as the primary point of contact for adoption and user experience matters. Contribute to Total Cost of Ownership and Return of Investment conversations while documenting lessons learned across engagements.

- 3 to 5 years in a client-facing role
- Experience involving change management, adoption, facilitation, or organisational development
- Demonstrable experience engaging with mid-to-senior management
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Business Psychology, or a related discipline
- Formal change management training such as PROSCI or ADKAR
