Job Summary
The Success Coach - Fixed Term works within the Implementation Services team to promote adoption and effective implementation of Great Minds curriculum across Texas-based districts and schools. Responsibilities include on-site coaching and professional development delivery (up to 80% on-site in Central school systems), engaging in internal training to deepen expertise, tracking implementation success metrics, communicating insights to leadership, and representing Great Minds at conferences. The role requires strong knowledge of Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and related curricula, as well as the ability to coach across multiple content areas (K–Algebra 2 Mathematics, RLA, Spanish RLA). The position emphasizes collaboration, customer-focused service, and ongoing professional development, with a start date in June/July 2026 and end date May 31, 2027. It is a full-time, Texas-based role with remote flexibility and travel as needed; ideal location is South Texas but living in TX is not required. The base salary range is $78,000–$83,000 and new employees must complete a background check and vaccination status declaration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience teaching or coaching
- at least 1 year of experience delivering professional development
- Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula (Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math)
- Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
- Deep content knowledge in curriculum focus areas (humanities, mathematics, science)
- Experience as campus instructional leader or coach
- Ability to coach in multiple content areas (K-Algebra 2 Mathematics, RLA, Spanish RLA)
- Experience with both digital and print education platforms
- Strong organizational habits (goal setting, project management, decision making, deadline execution, record keeping)
- Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual
