Job Summary
Provide high-quality on-site support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools within Northeast school systems, delivering services up to 80% of the time. Collaborate with Success Leads to contextualize services for districts and gather implementation success metrics to document and communicate insights to leadership. Maintain expertise in Great Minds products including Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and Arts & Letters while representing the organization at conferences and contributing to content. Stay abreast of regional trends influencing customer practices and cultivate a supportive culture emphasizing trust and collegiality. This role requires a versatile team member with deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science to drive adoption and impact.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching
- At least 1 year of experience delivering high-quality professional development
- Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom
- Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
- Deep content knowledge in the curriculum focus area (humanities, mathematics, science)
- Ability to Coach into Middle School ELA
- Experience with both digital and print education platforms
- Strong organizational habits necessary for successful goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping
- Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions through flexible thinking in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to fly and drive
- Must be able to deliver professional services on-site up to 80% of the time in Northeast school systems
- Must be located in New York City or commutable distance
- Must be able to provide onsite coaching, PD, or customer implementation support
- Must be able to provide sales presentation support
- Must be able to participate in team meetings
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must provide declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status
