Job Summary
Provide coaching, crisis support, and resource connections to individuals facing barriers to employment; visit workplaces and meet clients in person; partner with employers and community organizations; connect individuals to community resources (e.g., SNAP, healthcare); role requires experience in case management or social services, and may involve local travel within Metro Atlanta / North Georgia. Remote field-based position with in-person visits and travel; credential in social work preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in case management, social services, or similar roles
- LSW, LMSW, LCSW, or similar credential (preferred)
- Reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Must live in Metro Atlanta / North Georgia
