Job Summary
Success Coach providing career navigation, holistic case management, and strength-based coaching to program participants.Responsibilities include weekly/bi-weekly meetings (in-person or virtual), delivering employment referrals and job-retention coaching, facilitating goal development and progress monitoring, conducting comprehensive strength assessments, engaging family/caregiver support, collaborating with community partners, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires strong counseling and coaching skills, bilingual ability (English/Spanish highly desirable), proficiency with MS Office, flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle. Compliance with safety standards and Clearinghouse background checks is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred or equivalent years of direct experience in case management.
