Job Summary
Provide case management, coaching, and career navigation to help program participants advance in employment opportunities. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings (in-person or virtual) to assess progress, develop holistic, strength-based plans, and connect participants with community resources. Deliver goal setting, long-term planning, and progress monitoring; document progress in appropriate systems; collaborate with community partners to address challenges and connect to wrap-around services; ensure confidentiality and safety procedures. Lead career exploration and job-search activities, provide job-retention coaching, and support families through engagement with parents/caregivers, including availability in evenings and weekends. Strong counseling and coaching skills, bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable; proficiency with MS Office and data management; ability to work independently and with diverse adult populations; willingness to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of direct experience in case management
