Job Summary
Provide proactive and reactive support for Signature Success Plan customers by implementing Salesforce best practices and advising on technical and business challenges. Evaluate customer Salesforce architectures, analyze performance metrics, and prepare for product end-of-life changes. Develop assets such as FAQs and knowledge bases by capturing product management updates. This role requires mandatory Slack experience alongside familiarity with Agentforce, Sales, and Data360. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in SSO, Slack Connect security, and API workflow development. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Slack (経験必須)
- 1 年以上の Slack 製品に関わる運用 (管理者業務) の経験
- Enterpriseプランのアーキテクチャに対する理解
- SSO(シングルサインオン)の実装経験
- Slackコネクト(社内外連携)のセキュリティ設計経験
- Slack APIおよびワークフロービルダーを用いたアプリ開発経験
- AIトレンドに対する理解・キャッチアップ
- Slack の認定資格
- Salesforce Certified Slack Administrator (English) を取得済の方 もしくは 3ヶ月以内に取得可能な方
- Agentforce Sales (旧 Sales Cloud)の認定資格
- Salesforce 認定 Platform アドミニストレーター (日本語)を取得済の方 もしくは 3ヶ月以内に取得可能な方
- 英語(ビジネスレベルの読み書きと会話)

- 他のコミュニケーション製品 (Microsoft Teams, Google Chatなど) の管理者経験
- イベント登壇などの経験
- ユーザーが集まるイベントやオンライン配信で、製品知識を説明・共有した経験
- プレゼンテーションスキル
- 大規模かつ技術的に高度で、常に製品機能の課題を抱えているようなお客様に対応した経験
- 困難でプレッシャーのかかる状況においても、複数のタスクに対して優先順位づけし効果的に実行できる能力
- 技術的なコンセプトを分析しそれをビジネスの言葉に置き換える能力、および技術的な機能をビジネスの要件にマッピングできる能力
- クラウドコンピューティング (マルチテナント) の世界におけるデータベース、アプリケーション、ネットワーク技術についての理解
