Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare orders using the Point of Sale system, and collect payments while maintaining accurate cash-in procedures. Assemble sandwiches according to established formulas and formulas outlined in the Operations Manual, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met during preparation and service. Restock the sandwich unit area to maintain sufficient supplies throughout the shift and clean all restaurant areas using the 3-step method. Complete required University of SUBWAY courses and perform assigned light paperwork duties. Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
