Subway Sandwich Artist - Mt. Eaton

Greet guests, prepare orders using the Point of Sale system, and collect payments while maintaining accurate cash-in procedures. Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items, explain products accurately, and prepare food neatly according to established formulas and the SUBWAY Operations Manual. Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards throughout food preparation, service, and cleanup. Check products in the sandwich unit area to ensure sufficient supply, restock items as needed, and maintain all restaurant areas to promote a clean image. Perform light paperwork duties and complete University of SUBWAY courses as directed. This role requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
