Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare orders using the menu, and process payments via the Point of Sale system. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards while preparing food according to established formulas. Restock items in the sandwich unit, clean all restaurant areas, and adhere to the 3-step cleaning method. Perform light paperwork duties and complete University of Subway courses as directed. Must be 18 years or older, able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the workday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 to apply
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
