Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare orders using the Point of Sale system, and collect payments while maintaining accurate cash-in procedures. Prepare food according to established formulas, restock the sandwich unit, and adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Clean and maintain all restaurant areas, complete assigned paperwork, and finish required University of SUBWAY courses. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds during the entire workday. No prior experience is necessary, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
