Job Summary
Greet guests, explain menu items, and prepare sandwiches according to SUBWAY® formulas while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Operate the Point of Sale system to record orders, collect payments, and process cash-in procedures. Restock the sandwich unit, clean all restaurant areas using the 3-step method, and complete assigned paperwork and University of SUBWAY® courses. Maintain professional grooming and adhere to all quality standards outlined in the Operations Manual.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
