Job Summary
Manage local SUE operations within DRMP's Boca Office by overseeing field coordinators, technical personnel, and subcontractors to complete all project aspects. Lead cost estimating, proposal drafting, scope and fee negotiations, and monitor project budgets while performing invoice reviews. Maintain backlog priorities, approve field schedules, and coordinate with Survey Field Coordinators to ensure prompt data collection and delivery. Communicate deliverables to clients, follow up on satisfaction, and identify prospective clients through presentations and value engineering studies. Assist with financial projections, equipment inventory, and standardization of QA/QC processes across territories while coaching personnel on career tracts.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years in the Subsurface Utility Engineering profession
- Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history
- Successful history of project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of SUE geophysical designating, ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and vacuum excavation equipment and methodologies
- Knowledge of CADD systems; including MicroStation, Geopak, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
