Substitute Type 10 & 20 (Small/Regular Vehicle) Driver (Not Buses)

Operate school district vehicles to transport children to and from school and related activities in a safe, timely, and economical manner. Clean and inspect vehicles to ensure safe operation, prioritizing student welfare. Work under general supervision reporting to the Transportation Supervisor. This role involves driving regular cars and possibly small pup buses; full-size buses are excluded. Training is provided for those with a regular Oregon driver's license, though ODE Type 10/20 certification is preferred. The district encourages substitutes seeking experience in Facilities, Custodial, Nutrition Services, or classroom assistant roles. Valid Oregon Driver License, CPR, and First Aid certification are required. Fingerprinting and criminal history checks are mandatory at the employee's expense.
