Job Summary
Step in and lead classrooms when regular teachers are out across Philadelphia-area schools. Deliver lesson plans, manage student behavior, and ensure continuity while adapting to diverse school cultures from elementary through high school. Provide feedback to HelloSubs and partner schools to continually improve our service. This flexible, high-paying role offers daily compensation of $120–$202 with direct deposit every Friday, plus reimbursement for background checks and certification fees. Candidates must be U.S. work-authorized with a Bachelor's degree or one year of teaching experience.
