Substitute Teachers

Conduct all learning activities in the classroom during teacher absences, effectively communicating with students to establish a positive climate and maintain discipline. Promote 21st century educational excellence by supporting the mission and goals of The Woodstock Academy while facilitating individual, departmental, and school excellence through reinforcement of best instructional practices and a culture of collaboration. Available on an as-needed basis with a pay rate of $140.00 per day ($165.00 with a CT teaching certificate); no benefits provided. A Bachelor's degree and experience in a school system are preferred.
