Conduct assigned classes at scheduled times, enforcing student conduct and discipline while maintaining an effective physical setting. Promote student engagement, monitor progress, and respond to performance, assigning reasonable tasks and homework. Interact professionally with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring confidentiality and supporting smooth educational continuity. Maintain accurate records, protect equipment and facilities, and dress consistently with school policies. Adhere to Middletown Public School District policies and state administrative regulations.
