Job Summary
Deliver prepared lesson plans from absent teachers, adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, manage behavior, maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere, communicate with students, staff, and parents as needed, and follow school district policies and procedures. Eligible candidates should have 30 college credits with 2.0 GPA or higher, be 21+, provide three professional references, demonstrate US work eligibility, complete state background checks (fingerprint where required), and possess a current Substitute License or Authorization if available. Training and professional development resources are available, including trauma-informed teaching and classroom management.
Required Qualifications
