Job Summary
Provide classroom coverage across K-12 partner schools, managing behavior and creating a safe, respectful learning environment. Facilitate lesson plans and support student learning while adapting to different classroom settings and grade levels. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents; follow school and district policies; foster a positive, productive classroom atmosphere. Requires Bachelor's degree or higher, Substitute Certificate or Teaching License through the Arizona Department of Education, and an Arizona IVP Card. Strong classroom management and communication skills, with a passion for education and student success. Located in Peoria, AZ; flexible scheduling and weekly pay up to $180/day.
Required Qualifications

- Substitute Certificate or Teaching License through the Arizona Department of Education
- Arizona Identity Verified Print (IVP) Card
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
