Job Summary
Provide classroom coverage across diverse school environments by delivering lesson plans and maintaining continuity when the regular teacher is absent. Adapt to different grade levels and classroom settings, manage behavior to sustain a positive and productive learning environment, and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Follow school district policies and procedures, and participate in professional development including trauma-informed teaching training. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to work across various schools and districts, with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 60 college credits with 2.0 GPA or higher
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must provide three professional references
- Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
- Must have a current Substitute License or Authorization, if available in your state
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives
