Job Summary
Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions by following lesson plans left by the returning teacher, and communicate clearly with school staff to leave brief notes or feedback. You will receive 1:1 check-ins with a dedicated consultant for school feedback, training opportunities, and career planning. This non-exempt role offers daily pay, paid training hours, and professional development opportunities for substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and other student-support roles across public, charter, private, and faith-based institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits
- Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
- State & federal background checks
- Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit
