Substitute - Teacher

Implement the district's educational philosophy by planning individualized programs of study and guiding students toward curriculum goals using varied instructional techniques. Maintain a conducive classroom environment by establishing fair behavior rules, protecting student safety, and evaluating progress regularly. Assist administration in enforcing policies, supervise student teachers and volunteers, and maintain accurate records as required by law. Cooperate with staff committees, participate in co-curricular activities, and pursue professional growth through workshops and seminars. Communicate openly with students, parents, and the community while adhering to Rockcastle County Board of Education terms.
