Job Summary
Substitute Teacher or Substitute Aide position reporting to the Campus Principal and Human Resources. Pay is $95.00 for substitute teachers and $70.00 for paraprofessional substitutes. Primary duties include directing the learning process to meet curriculum goals, using suitable instructional procedures and materials, taking attendance, maintaining an orderly classroom, adhering to school procedures and policies, and communicating with parents and school staff to support pupils’ learning and safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 45 college hours are required in order to substitute as a teacher; otherwise, you will only be eligible to substitute as a classroom paraprofessional.
- Fingerprinting is required for everyone before employment begins - there is a fingerprinting fee of $47-$50 payable by the applicant.
