Substitute Teacher

Substitute Teacher needed to rotate between Focus schools in Columbus, OH to cover absences. Responsibilities include implementing established curriculum aligned to Ohio Department of Education guidelines, teaching instructional subjects, adjusting for student learning styles, collaborating with Special Education staff on IEP modifications, utilizing technology to deliver instruction, maintaining a rich learning environment with effective behavioral management, assessing student progress, coordinating and supervising extracurricular activities, preparing classrooms, and communicating with parents and staff. The role requires teamwork with School Director and various Director-level staff, ensuring safety and compliance with school policies while supporting student development and learning outcomes.
