Complete the online application and upload a copy of your teaching license to begin the substitution process. Once approved, contact a Brunswick County Schools administrator to request an interview, which must be completed with only one school. After a successful interview, HR submits a recommendation, and you will receive electronic forms to finalize hiring, including a background check. Maintain active status by working at least one day each school year.
