Job Summary

Facilitate student success by implementing district-approved curriculum, assessing progress, and providing feedback to students, parents, and administration. Monitor student activities across classrooms, lunch, and grounds to ensure safety and welfare, while reporting incidents such as fights or suspected abuse in accordance with the Education Code. Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community agencies to improve student outcomes and develop solutions. Direct student workers and volunteers to maximize efficiency, assist other teachers in curriculum implementation, and adapt instructional goals to meet diverse learning styles. Maintain accurate records, prepare documents following prescribed formats, and utilize current technology while working within a defined budget under limited supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Arizona Substitute Teaching Certificate
  • Maintain Arizona Certification
