Job Summary
Deliver substitute teaching coverage across four Kansas City locations, including Leawood, Olathe, and Overland Park, while maintaining a full-time Monday-Friday schedule from 6:30am to 6:00pm. Ensure reliable transportation and meet state qualification requirements for the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program. Provide direct instruction and support in beautifully equipped classrooms, fostering a team-centered attitude while learning to shape the leaders of tomorrow. Required Qualifications
- Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
- Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
- Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
- Enjoy working with children!
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
- Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
- Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
Desired Qualifications
