Substitute Teacher - Midland

Implement lesson plans and instructional activities provided by absent teachers while managing student behavior and maintaining a clean, orderly classroom environment. Supervise students at all times, report any accidents or incidents, and submit attendance reports and approved substitute teacher forms daily. Communicate positively with students, parents, staff, and administrators, and follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures. Work cooperatively with teachers to modify curriculum as needed and participate in substitute training to improve job-related skills. Extended hours may be required.
