Job Summary
Full-time substitute teacher at Kids Point Learning Center under Turning Point Church. Responsibilities include aiding both assistant and lead teachers, promoting positive interactions, planning and organizing activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for children.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old or have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous daycare experience in supporting children’s growth and development
- Have a good understanding of DECAL licensing requirements
- Have a genuinely caring and compassionate attitude when caring for children
- Strong communication (oral & written) and listening skills to converse with children, parents, and other personnel
- Willing to receive on-going training in compliance with center licensing
